Another very good lecture series from The Great Courses. I got this one from my library.
The author and lecturer did a fine job selecting court cases to show us where the court started, the challenges faced, and the influences of the court on us and itself.
I've found these lecture series are best listened to at lunch and while I'm in the car. Good way to use the time to learn.
